Gina Colvin has become a cause celebre of some liberals in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is facing a disciplinary council. Amazingly it is not for her very questionable writings calling for things like "decolonizing Mormonism". No, it is for being baptized into the Anglican Church. The amazing thing is that anyone thinks it is worth spilling ink to defend her against excommunication. If the Church fails to excommunicate her it would be a total travesty of Church teachings on the gospel of Jesus Christ being found in the Church and the uniqueness of priesthood authority.

However such ideas I guess have become abhorrant to the Ordain Womyn crowd.

It is high time to secure doctrinal unity.
